牵引系统和控制系统是CRH5型车动车组的核心技术之一,而牵引变压器是动车组牵引和控制系统的核心组成部分,牵引变压器的工作是否稳定对动车组的正常运行起到了决定性的作用。开展CRH5型动车组牵引变压器的切除诊断研究,利于快速查找牵引变压器的切除的原因,对提高处理牵引变压器切除故障具有巨大帮助。本文先介绍了CRH5型车上使用的牵引变压器的结构特点以及工作原理,并且对CRH5型车的售后维修工作进行经验分享。
The traction system and the control system are one of the core technologies of the CRH5 type of EMU. The traction transformer is the core component of the traction and control system of the EMU. Whether the traction transformer is stable or not has a decisive effect on the normal operation of the EMU. To carry out researches on the resection diagnosis of traction transformer for CRH5 EMU will help to find out the reason of the removal of traction transformer quickly and is of great help to improve the handling fault of traction transformer. This article first introduced the structure and working principle of the traction transformer used on the CRH5 car and also shared the experience of the after-sale maintenance of the CRH5 car.
