乙氧萘青霉素钠对青霉素酶稳定,并且对酸稳定,可口服,亦可肠胃外给药,是已发现的抗耐药葡萄球菌的新型青霉素中较为理想的一个品种。其化学名为6-(2-乙氧基-1-萘酰胺基)青霉烷酸钠,通称Nafcillin(或Sodium Nafcillin),商品名Unipen,又称Wy3277(或Wy3277Na)或EN-PC结构式如下: 系由其“前体”即2-乙氧基-1-萘酸与青霉素母核(6-氨基青霉烷酸)缩合制得。太原制药厂已试制本品成功,现正在临床试用中。性状本品钠盐含一分子结晶水,为白色、无臭的针状结晶或粉末,具引湿性。易溶于水,溶于丙酮和甲醇,在无水乙醇、异丙醇、醋酸丁酯和正丁醇中微溶,在苯、乙醚和石油醚中几乎不溶。1%水溶液的比旋度[α]_D~(25)+200～+220°(干品计)。2%水溶液pH值为5～7。熔点不定。文献记载,临床使用的产品效价为
