剃齿刀梳槽工序,通常使用整体的梳槽刀,形状如图一。梳槽刀齿形的制造,目前有两种方法,一种是刀坯淬火前,用锯片铣刀铣出齿形,淬火以后,齿槽经过清理工序,不再加工,其齿形精度比较差。另一种是刀坯淬火后磨出四周面后,用细粒度砂轮,直接磨出齿形,生产效率比较低。上述两种方法加工出的齿形为直边,梳槽时没有侧隙角。使用数控线切割机床切割梳槽刀的齿形,效率高,精度好,劳动强度比磨制的方法小得多。且可以切出带侧隙角的齿形(如图二)。
Shaving knife combing process, usually using the overall comb slot knife, the shape shown in Figure one. There are two ways to make comb slot cutter tooth. There are two methods at present. One is to cut the tooth shape with a saw blade cutter before quenching, and after the quenching, the tooth groove is cleaned and no longer machined, and its profile accuracy is compared difference. The other is after the blade blanks after quenching the surrounding surface, with fine-grained grinding wheel, directly grinding out the tooth shape, the production efficiency is relatively low. Toothed by the two methods are straight edge, comb slot when there is no backlash angle. The use of CNC WEDM cutting comb slot cutter tooth profile, high efficiency, accuracy, labor intensity is much smaller than the grinding method. And can be cut out with a backlash angle tooth profile (Figure 2).
