目的考察教学动机、教学效能感、工作满意度、自我指导学习准备度等4项个人心理因素对中学体育教师教学知识的影响,为体育教师教育机构和有关部门决策提供参考。方法在文献研究和访谈调查的基础上,采用量表法调查全国1 000名中学体育教师,应用相关分析和结构方程模型对数据进行处理和分析。结果 4项个人心理因素与中学体育教师教学知识的5个维度均存在着显著的正相关关系。结论 4项个人心理因素对中学体育教师的教学知识不仅有直接影响,有些还有间接影响,总影响强度从大到小依次为教学动机、自我指导学习准备度、教学效能感和工作满意感。
Objective To investigate the influence of four personal psychological factors such as teaching motivation, teaching efficacy, job satisfaction and self-directed learning preparation on the teaching knowledge of PE teachers in middle schools, and provide references for PE teachers’ educational institutions and relevant departments. Methods Based on the literature research and interviews, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,000 middle school physical education teachers across the country. The data were processed and analyzed using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. Results There were significant positive correlations between the four personal psychological factors and the five dimensions of physical education teachers’ teaching knowledge in middle school. Conclusions Four psychological factors not only have a direct impact on the teaching knowledge of physical education teachers in middle schools, but also indirectly affect some of them. The total impact intensity is, in descending order, teaching motivation, self-directed learning preparation, teaching efficacy and job satisfaction.
