柑桔的杂交育种

我所自1959年起开始进行柑桔人工杂交育种的研究工作。第一批杂交选36个柑桔品种为亲本,组成157个种间、品种间组合。现保留50个组合、540个实生单株.二十五年来,经过系统地考种,鉴定,从中筛选出性状优良的单株3个。同时总结了柑桔杂种一代胚型及某些性状的遗传特点。为柑桔杂交育种提供了依据。 优良单株的性状 由杂交种子播种的540个实生后代中,出现了各种类型的变异。除了与母本一致的珠心系个体外,也发现超越母本的珠心系变异。但多数后代都明显地表现出双亲遗传的 Since 1959, we have started research on artificial breeding of citrus.
