介绍了在原 30 0 MW火电机组全仿真机系统上开发的 3套大型火电机组 DCS控制系统在 1套全仿真机系统上实施的方案 ,叙述了系统应用软件的研制过程以及人机界面仿真的方法。将原 DCS控制系统监控画面的源语完整地转换为现有全仿真机系统的源语 ,使仿真机系统能准确重现被仿真 DCS控制系统整套的监控画面。实践证明该方案完全能满足特定 DCS及其机组运行人员的仿真培训要求。
This paper introduces the scheme of three sets of large-scale thermal power plant DCS control system developed on the full simulation system of the original 30 0MW thermal power unit on a set of full-scale simulation system, describes the process of system application software development and man-machine interface simulation . The source language of the original DCS control system monitoring screen is completely converted into the source language of the existing full simulation system so that the simulation system can accurately reproduce the complete monitoring screen of the simulated DCS control system. Practice has proved that the program can fully meet the specific DCS and its crew training simulation requirements.
