目的分析并研究CT和MRI两种不同的影像学诊断方法在脑梗死早期诊断当中的比较。方法选择我院神经内科在2015年6月至2016年1月收治的68例脑梗死患者作为本研究的研究对象,本研究所有患者均在发病6 h以后对患者进行CT的诊断和MRI的诊断,比较两种诊断方法对患者诊断的正确率。结果经过患者的头颅CT检查,诊断头颅梗死患者13例,诊断符合率为19.12%,经过MRI诊断,共检测出66例患者,诊断符合率为97.06%,两种诊断方法比较,P<0.05,差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论临床上对脑梗死患者进行早期诊断,采用MRI诊断方法的诊断符合率明显高于CT诊断,采用MRI能够更加清晰地检测出患者病变的大小病变的形态和病变的部位,能够有效地为临床的及早诊治提供有效的依据,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To analyze and study the comparison of two different imaging diagnostic methods of CT and MRI in the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-eight patients with cerebral infarction admitted from June 2015 to January 2016 in our department of neurology were selected as the study subjects. All patients in our study were diagnosed with CT and MRI after 6 hours of onset , Comparing the diagnostic accuracy of the two diagnostic methods for patients. Results After the CT examination of the patients, 13 cases were diagnosed as cerebral infarction, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 19.12%. After MRI diagnosis, a total of 66 cases were detected, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 97.06%, the two diagnostic methods were compared, P <0.05, Significant difference, with statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction in patients with early diagnosis by MRI diagnostic method was significantly higher than the diagnostic accuracy of CT diagnosis, the use of MRI can be more clearly detected lesions in patients with lesion morphology and lesion site, which can effectively clinical Early diagnosis and treatment to provide an effective basis, it is worth to promote the clinical use.
