思想是行为的先导,尤其是对于水利单位这种国家事业单位,思想政治工作教育是增强职工工作责任感的根本手段。特别是随着社会环境形势日益繁杂,为了提高水利单位职工服务的质量,就必须要加强思想政治教育。本文基于水利单位职工教育,探讨了思想政治工作的开展对策,以期为新时期水利单位职工教育提供参考。 Ideology is the forerunner of behavior. Ideological and political work education, especially for state institutions such as water conservancy units, is an essential measure to enhance the sense of responsibility of workers and staff. Especially with the increasing complexity of the social environment, in order to improve the quality of staff and workers in water conservancy units, we must strengthen ideological and political education. Based on the employee education of water conservancy units, this paper discusses the countermeasures for the development of ideological and political work so as to provide reference for the staff education in water conservancy units in the new period.
