用不着特别地注意,你一定能在身边发现屡屡跳槽的朋友。尽管跳槽早已不是一个新名词,但是我们仍对当代青年的选择进行了一次简单的剖析。与前几年冲着高薪频频更换职业有所不同,当代青年在职业问题上表现出相当的理性,也表现出理想化的一面。我们跟几位典型的青年进行了深谈。他们不是不食人间烟火的仙子,生存在物质社会,收入当然是他们需要考虑的问题,但是、为了实现自己的理想,为了将来更好的发展,他们已能跳出收入的限制进行一些选择。在他们当中有放弃高薪去追寻自己的理想的,有为了证实自己的能力不断向自己提出新的挑战的,他们活出了真我,活出了自己。
