农村初中承担着“普九”重任,农村初中教育的发展对提高农村人口的整体素质和农村生产力水平意义重大。因地制宜地开展农村初中课程改革,是农村经济和社会发展的需要,而满足这一需要的关键因素之一就是要有一支高素质的农村初中教师队伍。然而很多地方农村初中教师队伍不够稳定,整体素质呈现出下降趋势,严重制约了农村教育的改革和发展,因此,要采取得力措施,全面提高农村初中教师的整体素质。
Rural junior high school undertakes the “universal nine” task, and the development of rural junior secondary education is of great significance to improving the overall quality of the rural population and the level of rural productivity. To carry out rural junior high school curriculum reform according to local conditions is the need for rural economic and social development. One of the key factors to meet this need is to have a high-quality rural junior high school teacher team. However, the teaching staff of rural junior middle schools in many places are not stable enough, and the overall quality has shown a downward trend, which seriously restricts the reform and development of rural education. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to improve the overall quality of rural junior high school teachers.
