研究人员通过转录组测序比较,了解了暗柳橙及其红肉突变体——红暗柳橙在果实发育和成熟过程中果肉的基因表达差异和动态变化。结果表明:应用Illumina测序平台分别对暗柳橙和红暗柳橙4个发育时期的果肉进行了转录组测序。在红暗柳橙和暗柳橙中分别检测到了19440和18829条基因。通过聚类分析表明,这些检测到的基因具有24种基因表达模式,其中20种是红暗柳橙和暗柳橙共同具
The researchers compared the transcriptome sequencing to understand the genetic differences and dynamic changes of the fruit pulp during the fruit development and maturation of Dark Orange and its red meat mutant. The results showed that the sequencing of the transcriptome of the flesh of the dark orange and the dark orange were carried out using the Illumina sequencing platform. 19440 and 18829 genes were detected in red and orange and dark orange respectively.
