一般油脂加工工厂,化验油脂原料的脂肪含量,都是以乙醚为溶剂,以苏氏脂肪抽出器加以浸抽回流。在浸抽回流过程中,往往由于冷凝器所用的冷却水突然中断而不能发觉,造成乙醚的挥发散失。这样不仅增加了溶剂的损耗,而且还有造成严重事故的危险。最近我们试验成功了一种“浮力自动开关”,应用在脂肪抽出器上。在冷却水中断时,能自动切断加热电源,停止加热,不使乙醚挥发,避免造成事故的危险;冷却水继续供应时,又能自动接通电源继续工作。经过一个时期的试用,证明这个仪器效能良好,既节约了人力物力,又保证了实验室的安全。现将这个仪器的制作和使用方法介绍于后,供大家参考。
