本文通过阐述微卫星DNA的概念及在膀胱癌诊断中的意义,指出了LOH的概念及与抑癌基因定位的关系,从而阐明了抑癌基因上的微卫星LOH在膀胱癌诊断中的应用价值。
This article describes the concept of microsatellite DNA and its significance in the diagnosis of bladder cancer, pointed out the concept of LOH and the relationship with the location of tumor suppressor genes, thus clarifying the tumor suppressor gene microsatellite LOH in the diagnosis of bladder cancer .
