本文主要介绍一种结构先进的上、下料机器人在实验中的工艺方法及改进过程。通过对最初研制的上、下料机器人在机械、电器及工艺方面的改进,使其在结构方面更加合理,从而提高了送料速度及使用过程的可靠性,达到国内先进水平,大大提高了生产率。
This paper mainly introduces an advanced structure of the feeding robot in the process of technology and improvement process. By improving the mechanical, electrical and technological improvements of the initially fed and unloader robots, it is more rational in terms of structure, thereby improving the feeding speed and the reliability of the using process, reaching the advanced domestic level and greatly improving the productivity.
