DK3220机床切割工件时,水咀把切割液喷到钼丝和工件上,这样方式有两点缺点:1.在高速运转中,钼丝产生抖动。当水咀把切割液的水柱喷到铝丝上,给钼丝增加了一个外力,使钼丝加剧抖动。影响工件的加工精度。2.由于喷水形成水柱,水柱的喷注方向又有一定角度,而不是垂直方向。当水柱喷到加工区;切割液在工件表面向四面射去。只有很少一部分由于钼丝运行带到加工间隙中。且钼丝沿工件向上向下运动时带入加工间隙中的切割液不同,造成电蚀物游积
