为降低能耗、保护环境,保证供暖事业的可持续发展,我国“三北”地区冬季室内供暖将由分户供热逐步向按户供热计量过渡。就目前的计量技术而言,对热能的计量可以达到相当精确的程度,而从经济方面考虑,要在满足供热计量准确度要求的前提下,尽可能地降低供暖系统的改造成本。因此,开发结构简单、经济实用、运行可靠的新型热能表十分必要。
In order to reduce energy consumption, protect the environment and ensure the sustainable development of the heating business, winter indoor heating in the “Three Norths” region of China will gradually transition from household heating to household heating metering. As far as the current metering technology is concerned, the measurement of thermal energy can reach a fairly accurate level. From an economic point of view, the heating system reform cost should be reduced as much as possible under the premise of meeting the accuracy requirements of heating metering. Therefore, the development of a simple, economical and practical, reliable operation of the new heat meter is necessary.
