山东省地、市制冷学会,团体会员和冷藏技术学术交流会议于1989年12月18日至20日在山东省兖州肉联厂召开。出席会议的有山东省科协马仲兴副主席,各地、市制冷学会秘书长,各团体会员单位代表,省制冷学会各专业委员会和工作委员会主任委员及论文作者等40人参加会议。会上,山东制冷学会秘书长张炳艾首先讲话, Shandong Province, City Institute of Refrigeration, group members and refrigeration technology academic exchange meeting in December 1989 December 18 to 20 in Shandong Province Yanzhou meat factory held. Attending the meeting were 40 vice presidents of Shandong Association of Science and Technology Ma Zhongxing, secretary-generals of local and municipal refrigeration institutes, representatives of various member units, professional committees of provincial refrigeration institutes, chairman of working committees, and authors of theses papers. At the meeting, Zhang Bingyi, secretary general of Shandong Refrigeration Institute, made a speech first,
