用苗龄27d的花生无菌苗的叶节为外植体,在高浓度BA的培养基中,置于约1800lx光照度和(28±1)℃温度条件下培养15d左右,可见丛生芽分化,50d后长出整齐一致的丛生芽.④号培养基每个外植体平均有8.25个芽,最多可达30个以上,丛生芽的诱导率达94.44%.截取诱导苗单芽,转接至含有NAA的根诱培养基中,在同样的条件下,培养6d后有白色根点出现,28d后,⑦号培养基中的外植体出根率达82.35%.把经锻炼后的带根小植株,洗去根部培养基后,移栽入经高温灭菌的无菌土中,置于生化培养箱中培养,培养15d后,长成5~6cm的小植株,成活率达22.06%.

After the rooted plantlets were harvested and washed out of the root medium, the plants were transplanted into a sterilized soil autoclaved in high temperature and placed in a biochemical incubator. After 15 days of culture, plantlets of 5 to 6 cm in length were planted , The survival rate of 22.06%.
