中小学校健康教育课教师对学校健康教育的认识、态度和需求

目的 了解中小学校健康教育课教师对学校健康教育的认识、态度和需求。方法 对 6省市下属 1 2个市 /县的 5 7所中小学校中 5 8名健康教育课教师进行访谈。结果  80 %学校开设了健康教育课 ,并制定了教学计划和教案 ,健康教育课教师普遍认为有必要在中小学设置健康教育课 ,且应从小学一年级开始 ;很多教师对现有教材提出一些不足 ;教学方式以课堂讲授为主 ,缺少辅助教具 ;学校师资配备不足 ,70 %任课教师为兼职教师 ;社会各界对学校健康教育工作的重视不够。结论 应尽快加强对现有健康教育教师的培训 ,教育主管部门应组织有关人员对现有教材进行评估 ,调整内容 ,分学段编写全国统一教材 ,改进教学方法 ,加强社会各界对学校健康教育的认识 Objective To understand the health education teachers in primary and secondary schools on the health education awareness, attitude and needs. Methods Interviews were conducted with 58 health education teachers in 57 primary and secondary schools in 12 cities / counties under the jurisdiction of 6 provinces and cities. Results 80% of the schools opened health education classes and developed teaching plans and lesson plans. Teachers of health education generally considered it necessary to set up health education classes in primary and secondary schools, and should start from the first grade of primary school. Many teachers put forward some deficiencies in the existing teaching materials ; Teaching methods mainly in the classroom teaching, the lack of auxiliary teaching aids; lack of adequate school teachers, 70% of classroom teachers for part-time teachers; the community’s attention to school health education is not enough. Conclusion The training of existing health education teachers should be strengthened as soon as possible. The education authorities should organize the relevant personnel to evaluate the existing teaching materials, adjust the content, compile the national unified teaching materials in different periods, improve the teaching methods and strengthen the public health education in schools understanding
