2月15日,财政部在京召开中国会计审计准则体系发布会。财政部金人庆部长在发布会上发表重要讲话。金人庆部长指出,会计工作是经济、财政工作的重要基础。围绕中心、服务大局,传承创新、强化管理, 加快建立企业会计准则体系和注册会计师审计准则体系,是党中央、国务院提出的殷切希望,是发展社会主义市场经济的必然要求,也是会计法和注册会计师法赋予财政部门的神圣职责。两大准则体系的发布实施,对促进经济社会发展、全面建设小康社会具有重大意义:
