图1所示轮轴零件,中间φ74毫米、φ85毫米是减轻孔,精度不高,为7级,但测量时,一因被测孔径远离孔口,二因孔径从孔口的φ60毫米一直扩大到φ85毫米,被测孔径变化量大,找不到恰当的测量工具。以前设计过刻度卡钳测量工具,但因结构细长,刚性不足,不能保证测量精度。后来,我们设计了图2所示量具,解决了这一问题。 量具的结构和使用简介: 2号件、8号件装配时用无机粘结牢固于6号件上。 10号件是使6号件处于一直线上的衬套。视量具长度选定它的个数。
