本研究借放射自显影观察了钷-147进入机体后在整体、脏器和细胞水平的行径变化。发现该裂变产物摄入体内后呈选择性蓄积的紧要器官是肝脏和骨胳。钷-147在肝脏中的动态蓄积过程在开始是呈均匀弥散性的,随着发生水解而形成氢氧化物胶体后,在枯否氏细胞部位可出现浓集的放射灶。至于钷-147在骨胳部位的蓄积主要是在骨胳表面的有机质部位如骨外膜、骨内膜、骨小梁表面以及骨骺软骨的生长区,可呈现出高度浓集的放射自显影象。而在骨胳肌和脑组织中钷-147只有微量存在。
