本文从公务员职业道德的基本概念和要求出发,指出公务员职业道德包括职业道德关系、职业道德意识以及职业道德活动三部分,探讨在新的历史时期公务员遵守职业道德的困境,包括权利冲突、利益冲突、利益冲突。在此基础上,提出创新内蒙古公务员职业道德建设的制度机制,分别为建立健全公务员职业道德体系并将其法制化、建立强有力的监督机制、完善优化公务员考核考评制度、健全官员问责制
Based on the basic concepts and requirements of civil servants’ professional ethics, this paper points out that the civil servants’ professional ethics includes three parts: professional ethics, professional ethics and professional ethics activities, and probes into the plight of civil servants’ compliance with professional ethics in new historical periods, including rights conflicts and conflicts of interest Conflicts of interest. On this basis, put forward the innovation of Inner Mongolia civil service professional ethics system and mechanism, respectively, for the establishment and improvement of civil service professional ethics and legal system, establish a strong oversight mechanism, improve and optimize the civil service examination and evaluation system, improve accountability
