1.企业负责人对海外发展必须有明确的经营思想,而并非因竞争对手向海外扩展就毫无目标地紧紧追赶。 2.必须在事前彻底地进行可行性调查。其内容包括,预测该产品的未来市场需求及市场占有率以及政治经济风险与商业竞争风险。 3.必须有国际性优秀生产技术能够将其移植到所在地。 4.在决定设厂前必须先有相当的出口产品,并且已创出商品知名度。 5.必须积极地培养能胜任国际经营的人材。 6.必须适当修正经营方式,并予以灵活运用,以期适用于国际经营。

The feasibility study must be thoroughly conducted beforehand. Its content includes forecasting future market demand and market share of the product as well as political and economic risks and commercial competition risks. 3. Must have internationally excellent production technology to be transplanted to the location. 4. Prior to the decision to set up a factory, there must be a considerable number of export products, and a product reputation has been created. 5. We must actively cultivate human resources that are capable of international operations. 6. Must properly modify the operating mode, and make flexible use of it, with a view to apply to international operations.
