为了实现中红外探测器绝对光谱响应度高准确度的测量,从理论和实验上研究了中红外波段激光的功率稳定性的提高和光束质量的优化方法。采用声光调制和反馈控制的方法,把中红外激光的功率稳定性提高到0.1%以内;根据高斯光束传输理论计算了所需空间滤波器的各项参数,设计了中红外空间滤波器,搭建了相应的实验装置,显著提高了中红外激光光束质量。为中红外绝对光谱响应度的高准确度测量提供了一个可靠的中红外波段激光光源。
In order to achieve high accuracy of absolute spectral responsivity of mid-infrared detector, the improvement of power stability and optimization of beam quality in mid-IR laser have been studied theoretically and experimentally. The acousto-optic modulation and feedback control are used to improve the power stability of mid-infrared laser to less than 0.1%. The parameters of the required spatial filter are calculated according to Gaussian beam transmission theory. The mid-infrared spatial filter is designed and constructed The corresponding experimental device, significantly improve the quality of the laser beam in the mid-infrared. Provides a reliable mid-infrared band laser source for high accuracy measurement of absolute spectral responsivity in mid-infrared.
