心肌梗死(MI)患者和年龄、性别相配的健康成人各10名,检测其脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ和HindⅢ位点的限制性内切酶片段长度多态性,以及他们的血脂水平。发现两组间两个位点的基因型分布无显著差异;PvuⅡ位点的基因型与血甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)关系密切,P+纯合及杂合子者血TG、TC水平较P-纯会者高;HindⅢ位点基因型与血TG水平关系较密切,H+纯合子血TG较高。同时,还发现两个位点基因型之间可能存在相互作用。
10 patients with myocardial infarction (MI) and 10 healthy and age-matched healthy adults were tested for restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PvuII and HindIII) of their lipoprotein lipase gene and their lipid levels. No significant difference was found in the genotype distribution between the two groups. The genotype of PvuⅡ was closely related to triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC). Serum TG, TC of homozygous and homozygous P + H pylori genotypes had a close relationship with blood TG levels, while H + Homozygous TG was higher. At the same time, we also found that there may be interaction between the two loci genotypes.
