陆良盆地是云南第三系沉积盆地的典型代表。盆地的形成过程决定了第三系含气系统的形成过程。盆地第三系有一个含气系统，即Ｎ２ｃ２－Ｎ２ｃ３（！）含气系统。上第三系茨营组二段（Ｎ２ｃ２）为主力烃源岩，三段（Ｎ２ｃ３）为优势储集岩，而Ｎ２ｃ４为区域盖层。Ｎ２ｃ２－Ｎ２ｃ３（！）含气系统的关键时期是距今１．６４Ｍａ，圈闭形成于Ｎ２ｃ１－Ｎ２ｃ４，油气生成－运移－聚集发生在Ｎ２ｃ２至今。
Luliang Basin is a typical representative of the Tertiary sedimentary basin in Yunnan. The forming process of the basin determines the forming process of the tertiary gas system. The Tertiary in the basin has a gas-bearing system, N2c2-N2c3 (!) Gas-bearing system. The second member of the Upper Triassic Petroglyph Formation (N2c2) is the main hydrocarbon source rock. The third member (N2c3) is the dominant reservoir rock while the N2c4 is the caprock. The key period of N2c2-N2c3 (!) Gas-bearing system is 1.64Ma ago, traps formed in N2c1-N2c4, and hydrocarbon generation-migration-accumulation occurred in N2c2 so far.
