在对滚动轴承振动机理、故障信号特征进行分析的基础上,提出粗精结合的电主轴轴承故障诊断方法。应用这一方法,采用时域参数法对轴承的运行状态进行粗略诊断,及时发现被测轴承故障情况,并排除隐患。通过对轴承故障特征频率进行计算,结合频域分析,进行精细诊断,以判断轴承的故障类型与故障原因,确定发生故障的具体元件及故障程度。对电主轴进行拆卸,并对电主轴轴承进行解体,检查轴承内部元件的情况,由此验证粗精结合的电主轴轴承故障诊断方法的有效性和准确性。
