科学合理地预测分析桥梁全寿命周期成本,是桥梁建设投资决策和桥梁方案比选的关键问题之一。悬索桥因其构件多,养护要求高,全寿命成本预测难度大。在桥梁全寿命周期成本分析方法的基础上,重点针对悬索桥的构件分类、管养需要、全寿命周期成本构成及计算方法进行研究,并以广东虎门二桥坭洲水道桥主桥为例,阐述悬索桥全寿命周期成本分析与预测的方法与过程,为同类桥梁全寿命周期成本分析计算提供参考。通过分析预测,悬索桥建设成本占整个寿命周期成本不足50%,因此仅按建设成本进行特大桥方案比选是不全面、不科学的,需要采用全寿命周期成本理念分析方案的优劣。
Predicting and analyzing the bridge life cycle cost scientifically and reasonably is one of the key issues in the bridge construction investment decision-making and bridge project comparison. Suspension bridge because of its many components, high maintenance requirements, life-cycle cost prediction is difficult. Based on the method of bridge life cycle cost analysis, this paper focuses on the component classification of the suspension bridge, the need of tube maintenance, the composition of the life cycle cost and the calculation method. Taking the bridge main bridge of Weizhouzhou Channel at Humen No.2 Bridge in Guangdong as an example, The method and process of life-cycle cost analysis and prediction of suspension bridges provide reference for the life-cycle cost analysis and calculation of similar bridges. Through the analysis and forecasting, the construction cost of suspension bridge accounts for less than 50% of the total life cycle cost. Therefore, it is not comprehensive and unscientific to conduct the selection of the special bridge only according to the construction cost, and the advantages and disadvantages of the life cycle cost concept analysis program need to be analyzed.
