本文介绍了在高磷铸铁闸瓦瓦背防渗碳涂层方面所做的工作。详细讨论了用于高磷铸铁闸瓦瓦背的两种防渗碳涂料的工艺性能及其机理。内瓦背和外瓦背加强筋涂刷这两种防渗碳涂料后浇注的闸瓦经装车试验及生产使用都取得了良好的效果。
This article describes the work done on the high phosphorous cast iron brake lining anti-carburizing coating. The technical performance and mechanism of two anti-carburizing coatings for high phosphorous cast iron brake linings are discussed in detail. Neiwa back and outside the tile back stiffener brushing these two kinds of anti-carburizing paint after pouring the brake shoe by loading test and production have achieved good results.
