看到天津近10年城乡基本建设的辉煌成就,特别是一个个重大基建项目的陆续完成,不由使我联想到被天津市科委评为1990年度为经济建设服务12个先进科研所之一的天津建筑科学研究所。于是,我专程到这个所采访了余所长等人。通过他们的介绍,使我对该所有了更深入的了解。历史与变革天津市建筑科学研究所是个历史悠久,业绩显著的研究所。它成立于1956年,60-70年代规模达100多人。80年代发展到400多人,一度曾改名为天津建筑科学设计研究院。50-60年代,该所的业务专长是建筑材料研究。在地方院所中同北京、上海、四川几家同行都是在部里排得上位的重点科研院所。70年代,由于所的归属有所改变,研究方向作了调整,现又形成软弱土地基基础与混凝土外加剂研究两大技术
Seeing the brilliant achievements of capital construction in urban and rural areas in recent 10 years in Tianjin, in particular, one after another major infrastructure projects have been completed one after another, reminding me of being one of 12 advanced research institutes in economic construction served by Tianjin Science and Technology Commission in 1990 Tianjin Institute of Building Science.
