针对无人机复合材料的特点设计了一个超声检测系统,阐述了系统超声探头频率的选择、数据采集的硬件和软件实现方法。采用该系统对玻璃纤维复合材料进行缺陷检测,实验结果表明,可以通过超声回波信号的幅值直接判断出缺陷的尺寸。
Aiming at the characteristics of UAV composites, an ultrasonic testing system is designed, and the choice of system ultrasonic probe frequency, the hardware and software of data acquisition are described. Using this system to detect the defects of glass fiber composites, the experimental results show that the size of the defects can be directly judged by the amplitude of ultrasonic echo signals.
