目的描述中国9地区3~11岁儿童超重肥胖现状,比较不同标准下超重肥胖检出率的异同。方法采用多阶段整群抽样法选取9个地区共1 788名儿童,测量其身高体重,采用SPSS 13.0软件分析,计算不同标准下儿童超重肥胖率。结果 WHO标准下超重、肥胖率分别为17.4%及6.7%,国际肥胖工作组(IOTF)标准下为15.0%及5.7%,美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)标准下为18.5%及8.1%;超重肥胖检出水平方面,美国CDC标准检出率最高,其次为WHO标准,IOTF标准检出率最低;7岁以上儿童中,中国肥胖工作组(WGOC)标准下女孩肥胖检出率高于WHO标准及IOTF标准,女孩超重、男孩超重肥胖率则均明显低于各国际标准。结论美国CDC标准超重肥胖检出率高于IOTF标准,WHO标准检出率则因年龄段而异;各国际标准间一致性较高,但与中国标准一致性较差。
Objective To describe the prevalence of overweight and obesity in children aged 3 ~ 11 years old in 9 districts in China and compare the detection rates of overweight and obesity among different standards. Methods A total of 1 788 children in 9 districts were selected by multistage cluster sampling method to measure height and weight. SPSS13.0 software was used to calculate the children’s overweight and obesity rate under different standards. Results The overweight and obesity rates under the WHO criteria were 17.4% and 6.7% respectively, with 15.0% and 5.7% respectively under the IOTF criteria and 18.5% and 8.1% under the CDC criteria. Overweight In terms of the level of obesity, the detection rate of CDC in the United States was the highest, followed by the WHO standard, and the IOTF was the lowest among all children over 7 years of age. The prevalence of obesity in girls under the China Obesity Working Group (WGOC) was higher than that of the WHO And IOTF standards, girls overweight, boys overweight obesity rates were significantly lower than the international standards. Conclusion The detection rate of overweight and obesity in American CDC standard is higher than that of IOTF. The detection rate of WHO standard varies with different age groups. The consistency between international standards is high, but the consistency with Chinese standards is poor.
