青果不同提取物中栀子苷的含量比较研究

目的:探寻青果中指标性成分,建立指标性成分的含量测定方法,并对比青果不同提取物中栀子苷的含量.方法:采用HPLC法测定青果中栀子苷的含量.色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,以乙腈-0.4%醋酸水(14:86)溶液为流动相,检测波长为238 nm,流速为1 mL·min-1,柱温为25℃.结果:栀子苷进样量在0.21~4.2 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999,7);平均加样回收率为98.1 1%(RSD%=1.73%).青果70%乙醇、甲醇、水3种不同提取物中栀子苷的含量分别为2.15%、1.42%、3.42%.结论:该方法快速、准确、可靠,可用于青果药材及相关产品中栀子苷的含量测定,为完善青果药材质量标准提供参考.“,”Objective:To explore the ingredient index of Chinese olive,established a method for determination of the index component,and compared different extracts of Chinese olive in Geniposide.Methods:The chromatographic column was eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica gel,and acetonitrile-0.4% acetic acid water (14:86) was used as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was about 25 ℃.Results:Geniposide sample volume has linear relationship between 0.21 and 4.2 μg (r=0.9997);the average recovery rate was 98.11% (RSD 1.73%).The content of Geniposide in Chinese Olive in different extracts (70% ethanol,methanol and water) were 2.15%,1.42% and 3.42%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the determination of Geniposide and related products in Chinese Olive,it provide a reference for improving the quality control standard of Chinese Olive.
