对21只雄性Wistar糖尿病大鼠和10只正常Wiscar大鼠的眼球及主动脉组织中糖基化蛋白(GP)及过氧化脂质(LPO)水平进行了观察。注射STZ后2周大鼠眼球和主动脉组织中GP和LPO水平均显著升高,大鼠眼球和主动脉组织中GP与血糖呈正相关,眼球及主动脉组织中LPO水平与眼球及主动脉组织中GP呈正相关。在用胰岛素治疗的糖尿病大鼠,这些组织中糖基化的程度减轻,而脂质过氧化升高的幅度也有所降低。
The levels of glycosylated protein (GP) and lipid peroxide (LPO) in the eye and aorta of 21 male Wistar diabetic rats and 10 normal Wiscar rats were observed. The levels of GP and LPO in both eyes and aorta of rats after 2 weeks of STZ injection were significantly increased. There was a positive correlation between GP and blood glucose in both eyes and aorta. The levels of LPO in both eyes and aorta were significantly correlated with those in both eyes and aorta GP was positively correlated. In diabetic rats treated with insulin, the degree of glycosylation was reduced in these tissues, while the increase in lipid peroxidation was also reduced.
