士官是新时期军队人才队伍建设的重要组成部分,士官是否具有较高的工作积极性,部队是否建立了完善的士官激励机制直接影响着我军的战斗力。当前,士官的激励机制研究应适应深化国防和军队改革的要求。基于问卷调查和数据分析探索士官群体的多种需求,在对需求分析的基础上构建新时期士官综合激励模型,有助于为建立合理的士官激励机制提供依据。
Noncommissioned officers are an important part of the army’s contingent of personnel in the new era. Whether the non-commissioned officers have higher enthusiasm for work and whether the troops have established a perfect non-government incentive mechanism directly affect the combat effectiveness of our army. At present, the research on the incentive mechanism of noncommissioned officers should be adapted to the requirements of deepening national defense and army reform. Based on the questionnaire and data analysis to explore the various needs of non-commissioned officers, it is helpful to build a comprehensive incentive model for non-commissioned officers in the new era based on the needs analysis, which will help to establish a reasonable incentive mechanism for non-commissioned officers.
