目的观察国产氯屈膦酸二钠（洛屈）与进口同类药品骨膦治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的疗效对比。方法８２例恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者随机分为２组：洛屈组４２例，骨膦组４０例。洛屈组用３００ｍｇ溶于５００ｍｌ生理盐水中静脉滴注，每天一次，连续五天。结果洛屈组，止疼有效率为８３．３％，活动能力改善有效率６９．０％；骨膦抑制疼痛有效率８２．５％，活动能力改善有效率６７．５％。经医学统计学处理，两组疗效无显著性差异（ｐ＞０．０５）。结论国产氯屈膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛疗效确切，无明显副反应，安全性好，可以替代进口同类药品。
Objective To compare the efficacy of domestic clodronate disodium (loquat) with the same kind of imported bone phosphine in the treatment of malignant bone metastases. Methods Eighty-two patients with malignant tumor with bone metastasis were randomly divided into two groups: 42 patients in Luokei group and 40 patients in osteoporosis group. Luokequ group with 300mg dissolved in 500ml saline intravenously once a day for five days. Results In Luoke group, the effective rate of analgesic pain was 83.3% and the activity ability was improved and the effective rate was 69.0%. The effective rate of osteophosphamide pain control was 82.5% and the activity ability was 67.5%. After medical statistics, there was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05). Conclusion Domestic clodronate disodium treatment of malignant bone metastases pain curative effect is exact, no obvious side effects, safety, can replace imported similar drugs.
