随着家长们教育观念的改变,现在幼儿英语培训公司越来越多,但教师岗位流失率却居高不下,很大原因是人力资源部门没有发挥应有作用,特别是薪酬制定的不合理。这类公司教师岗位的薪酬体系的完善对稳定教师队伍有重大意义,在管理上对外具有竞争力,吸引人才;对内具有公平性,留住人才。
