目的:观察广西桂郁金(GGYJ)的抗肝纤维化(HF)作用。方法:采用sc四氯化碳油溶液造成大鼠HF模型,以秋水仙碱(Col)为阳性对照,测定肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的含量,观察HE和Masson染色后的肝组织病理学变化。结果:GGYJ能明显降低肝组织中Hyp,MDA的含量,升高肝组织中SOD,GSH-Px的含量。GGYJ高、中剂量组能够明显改善HF的程度,而低剂量组的作用不明显。结论:GGYJ具有抗HF作用,其机制与清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化、抗肝损伤有关。
Objective: To observe the anti-hepatic fibrosis (HF) effect of Guangxi Guiyujin (GGYJ). Methods: HF rats were induced by carbon tetrachloride (SC) oil solution, and colchicine (Col) was used as a positive control. Hyp, malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were detected. The histopathological changes of liver tissue after HE and Masson staining were observed. Results: GGYJ could significantly reduce the content of Hyp and MDA in liver tissue and increase the contents of SOD and GSH-Px in liver tissue. GGYJ high and medium dose group can significantly improve the degree of HF, while the role of low dose group is not obvious. Conclusion: GGYJ has anti-HF effect. Its mechanism is related to the elimination of free radicals, anti-lipid peroxidation and anti-hepatic injury.
