目的 探讨血管细胞粘附分子 -1(VCAM -1)与2型糖尿病大血管病变的关系。方法 用ELISA法测定了18例有大血管病变和20例无大血管病变的2型糖尿病患者的血清可溶性血管细胞粘附分子 -1(sVCAM -1)水平。两组的年龄、性别构成及空腹血糖水平均无显著性差异。结果 与无糖尿病大血管病变组患者相比 ,有糖尿病大血管病变组患者的sVCAM -1水平明显增高[(644.28±75.97)ng/MLvs(424.85±82.79)ng/ML,p<0.01]。结论 VCAM -1可能参与了糖尿病大血管病变的发生 ,测定sVCAM -1会有助于糖尿病大血管病变的早期诊治
Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) were measured in 18 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 20 with no macrovascular disease by ELISA. There was no significant difference in age, sex composition and fasting blood glucose between the two groups. Results The level of sVCAM-1 in diabetic macroangiopathy group was significantly higher than that in non-diabetic macroangiopathy group [(644.28 ± 75.97) ng / ML vs (424.85 ± 82.79) ng / ML, p <0.01]. Conclusions VCAM-1 may be involved in the development of diabetic macroangiopathy. The determination of sVCAM-1 will be helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic macroangiopathy
