分子信标技术在 ABO 血型基因型检测方面的重要应用

目的:人类 ABO 血型的检测在医学和法学领域都有着非常重要的意义,该研究目的在于发展一种利用非血生物学样本进行人体 ABO 血型的精确检测方法。方法该项研究中,选取漱口水、毛发和指甲3种生物样本,采用饱和氯化钠法进行基因组 DNA 的抽提,设计特异性引物和荧光标记的探针,通过分子信标检测技术法进行血型的精确检测。结果漱口水、毛发和指甲3种样本中均能成功抽提得到基因组 DNA ,分子信标技术利用基因组DNA能够快速完成 ABO 血型精确分型,分型结果与传统的免疫学方法一致,且能准确区分血型的纯合型和杂合型。结论利用漱口水、毛发和指甲等非血生物学样本,分子信标技术能精确完成个体 ABO 血型的检测,简便快捷,灵敏度高。
