研究湘西油桐叶提取物的抑菌活性。用30%、60%、80%、95%乙醇、水及石油醚6种溶剂,冷浸法提取油桐叶干粉的抑菌成分,获取6种不同粗提物;用滤纸片法分别检测不同粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌和酵母菌的抑菌活性,找出最佳粗提物;检测最佳粗提物的最小抑菌浓度、酸碱稳定性和热稳定性。结果表明:80%乙醇提取物抑菌效果最好,为最佳提取物;最佳提取物对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.0125 g/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌和痢疾杆菌的最小抑菌浓度是0.05 g/mL,所有提取液对酵母菌抑菌效果不明显;最佳提取物分别在pH4~7和100℃条件下抑菌效果稳定。
To study the antibacterial activity of the extracts from the tung oil leaves in Xiangxi. Using 30%, 60%, 80%, 95% ethanol, water and petroleum ether, 6 kinds of solvents were used to extract the bacteriostatic components of T. erythrorhosum by cold leaching, and 6 kinds of different crude extracts were obtained; the difference was detected by the filter paper method. Antibacterial activities of crude extracts against Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella, Escherichia coli, and yeasts to find the best crude extracts; Minimal inhibitory concentration, acid-base stability, and thermal stability of the best crude extracts . The results showed that the 80% ethanol extract had the best antibacterial effect and was the best extract. The minimum inhibitory concentration of the best extract against Escherichia coli was 0.0125 g/mL, and the minimal inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella spp. The concentration was 0.05 g/mL. All the extracts had no obvious effect on the bacteriostatic effect of the yeast. The best extracts had stable bacteriostatic effect at pH 4 to 7 and 100°C.
