对６８ 例胰腺癌患者行根治术或姑息性手术，术中记录肿瘤部位、大小及临床分期，测定癌细胞ＤＮＡ 相对含量（ μ值） 及ＤＮＡ 倍型。对可能影响胰腺癌手术切除可能性的１３ 项因素进行逐步回归分析，并得出应变量Ｙ（ 手术切除可能性） 与自变量Ｘ（ 因素） 的回归方程。
68 cases of pancreatic cancer patients underwent radical or palliative surgery, intraoperative recording of tumor location, size and clinical stage, determination of the relative content of cancer cells DNA (μ value) and DNA-type. Thirteen factors that may affect the surgical resection of pancreatic cancer were analyzed by stepwise regression and the regression equation of Y (surgical resection possibility) and independent variable X (factor) was obtained.
