随着我国医疗市场的进一步开放,国家对社会资本办医的政策支持,非公立医院如雨后春笋一样迅速发展。纵观民营医院发展过程中面临的众多问题,人才问题便是亟待解决的问题之一。同时,中医院人才因为其自身的特殊性,加重民营中医院人才管理的难度,人才问题已经成为制约民营中医院发展的瓶颈。文章以京东誉美中西医结合肾病医院在人才选、用、育、留方面的实践为例,为民营中医院发展中的人才问题解决进行了探讨。
With the further opening up of the medical market in our country, the state supports the policy of running social capital in hospitals and the rapid development of non-public hospitals has mushroomed. Throughout the development of private hospitals in the face of many problems, talent is one of the problems to be solved. In the meantime, because of its own particularity, Chinese medicine professionals are more aggravating the difficulty of talent management in private Chinese medicine hospitals. Talent problems have become the bottleneck restricting the development of private Chinese medicine hospitals. The article takes Jingdong Yimei Integrative Medicine Nephropathy Hospital in the practice of talent selection, use, education and stay as an example to discuss the solution of talent problems in the development of private Chinese medicine hospitals.
