发现一影响学生体质健康的诸多因素中,睡眠居首位,其次是体育锻炼,再次是饮食。发现二在体育锻炼方面,体育课对学生体质健康影响最突出。体育课是学生学习运动技术、掌握锻炼方法的重要途径。发现三在饮食方面,早餐对学生体质健康影响最大。除此之外,挑食和吃零食对体质健康的影响也不容忽视。
