我厂生产的倾卸汽车及养路机械中,有许多零件是用中碳钢调质处理,虽然得到所要求的韧性,但牺牲了它的强度,而且工艺比较复杂。根据技术要求,可以用低碳钢经淬火强化处理来代用。首先我们采用35钢调质处理和A3钢、20钢低碳马氏体处理作对比,抗拉试样直径10毫米,分别有光滑试样、缺口试样和带螺纹试样三种,其热处理工艺和所获得的机械性能如表所示。
