关键传热设备--板翅式换热器的结构优化对于降低沼气液化装备的造价和运行费用非常关键,采用教-学优化算法进行优化设计,探讨了不同的结构参数对年投资费用的影响规律,获得了在满足传热量足够大、热侧流体压降足够小条件下的最优结构参数。对不同结构参数与目标函数之间的关系展开了讨论,提出了实际操作和设计的建议。优化结果表明,教-学优化算法收敛快,不易陷入局部最优,运算速度快,无需设定优化参数,适合于工程问题的优化。
The key heat transfer equipment - the structural optimization of the plate-fin heat exchanger is very crucial for reducing the cost and operating cost of the biogas liquefaction equipment. The optimization design is carried out by using the teaching-learning optimization algorithm, and the influence of different structural parameters on the annual investment cost is discussed The optimal structural parameters were obtained under the condition that the heat transfer capacity was large enough and the pressure drop on the hot side was small enough. The relationship between different structural parameters and the objective function is discussed, and the suggestions of practical operation and design are put forward. The results of optimization show that the teaching-learning optimization algorithm converges fast, is not easy to fall into the local optimum, the computing speed is fast, and there is no need to set the optimization parameters, which is suitable for the optimization of engineering problems.
