首先对一般回转刀具的刀刃曲线的广义螺旋运动参数进行了统一定义,然后遵循“回转刀具表面模型→刀刃曲线模型→前刀面、后刀面模型”的路线建立了回转刀具的数学模型,为刀位轨迹计算及回转刀具的数控磨削加工奠定了理论基础.
