目的 :优选散结消肿贴中大黄、重楼的渗漉提取工艺。方法 :以总固体物得率和总蒽醌得率为指标 ,用正交实验优选。结果 :工艺中影响最大的因素是乙醇浓度 ,其次是乙醇用量 ,浸泡时间影响较小。最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度 6 5 % ,乙醇用量 8倍量 ,浸泡时间 2 4h。结论 :渗漉法操作简单 ,成分破坏少 ,用优选所得条件进行提取 ,总蒽醌和总固体物得率均较高 ,优选结果可用于散结消肿贴中大黄、重楼的提取
Objective : To optimize the osmotic extraction process of rhubarb and heavy floor in Sanjie swelling patch. Methods : The total solid yield and the total yield were used as indicators, and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize. Results: The most important factor in the process is the concentration of ethanol, followed by the amount of ethanol, and the effect of soaking time is small. The optimum process conditions were ethanol concentration 65%, ethanol dosage 8 times, and soaking time 24 hours. Conclusion: The osmotic method is simple in operation and has less damage to the components. The optimal condition for extraction is used. The yield of total mash and total solids is high. The preferred result can be used for the extraction of rhubarb and heavy building in Sanjie swelling paste.
