目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用S-P法检测11例正常子宫内膜,15例子宫内膜增生过长,46例子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、survivin蛋白的表达。结果:COX-2在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率明显高于正常子宫内膜或不典型增生子宫内膜,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Survivin在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生过长、子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为18/、60/、87/,差异有显著性(P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中,随组织学病理分级的增加、手术临床分期的进展、肌层浸润程度的加深和淋巴结的转移,COX-2及survivin表达阳性率逐渐上升,差异有显著性(P<0.05);COX-2、survivin蛋白表达呈正相关性(r=0.38,P=0.008)。结论:COX-2、survivin在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,联合检测可为子宫内膜癌的早期诊断、进一步治疗及预后判断提供必要的理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and survivin in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: S-P method was used to detect the expression of COX-2 and survivin protein in 11 cases of normal endometrium, 15 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 46 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results: The positive rate of COX-2 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium or atypical hyperplasia endometrium (P <0.05). Survivin in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer in the positive expression rates were 18 /, 60 /, 87 /, the difference was significant (P <0.05); in the endometrial cancer tissue (P <0.05). The positive rates of COX-2 and survivin increased with the increase of histological grade, the progress of clinical staging, the deepening of myometrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis. The positive rates of COX- 2, survivin protein expression was positively correlated (r = 0.38, P = 0.008). CONCLUSIONS: COX-2 and survivin play an important role in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma. Combined detection may provide the necessary theoretical basis for early diagnosis, further treatment and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
